You can't just put an affiliate offer in the post and then promote it like an Ad. Facebook treats it as spam. You have to use some kind of cloaking. Read more about cloaking affiliate links on social media.

Just look around in the marketplace, you'll find many - from cheap to expensive. Since yours is a very high risk offer, I'd suggest starting with cheap accounts, preferably the ones that have a payment method already attached to the account. Don't use your own cards.

You should use link cloaking to make it easier for ads to get past.
 
You can use a disguised link which is much safer and they can't check it, or explore other advertising platforms that are more open to adult-related content.
