Facebook reject each time my BM verification

Hello guys, since 1 month, i try to verify my BM, i submit 3 documents, and create a website with a quick template only, so each time i try to verify the BM facebook tell me the same things :
"the website is unavailable or in construct, you can correct it by confirm an email with an other domain"
but i submit each time the same email and they reject the verification, if anyone has a solution please

I can probably write you an entire article as to why your BM verification is always rejected.
Does your email address match your domain name? Does your website look legit? (with company logo, info, proper info?)

This could be some of the factors regarding the website. If it's not website related then it could be a million other reasons according to Facebook's policies
