Try changing your IP and using different devices to see if there is any change, because creating multiple accounts is inherently an invalid measure.

When you create multiple accounts on the same IP it may lead to meta considering it as unusual fraudulent activity and suspending your account.

Let use clean proxy ID to make it not same IP with your old fb account. Account need proof by uploading selfie video will be suspicious and deactivate soon.

those accounts are flagged right aways . Try warming them up first - log in with a clean device normally for a few days, no sudden ad activity. Also check your proxy.
