no it just gives me a code and then get a another code for authentication or use id
 
Without identification documents, you are unlikely to be able to recover your account. It will be much easier and faster to create a new one, or buy an account, and always have backups.

When you did it, didn't it give you the option to specify the reason? Like "the account has been used by someone else" or something similar? If you indicate this, it will guide you through steps to remove certain settings from your profile, and you can also take the opportunity to remove the associated phone number.
 
If you don't have them, you can fake the documents and upload them.
