From my experience, recovering the account can be quite difficult. If you don’t have the documents that Facebook requires, the chances of restoration are usually very small. If a video verification option appears, it’s best to complete it as soon as possible. And if you’ve already submitted the appeal form but haven’t received any response after some time, the likelihood of recovery is unfortunately quite low.

I've seen this happen quite often on Facebook. If you don't have the exact document Meta requires, you can try resubmitting with a different document that includes your name and date of birth (such as a student ID, bank card, or a receipt with your name on it). Also, check your spam email and try resubmitting the verification form after a few days, as Facebook sometimes responds quite slowly.
