Facebook react stream

Hi guys,

I saw a lot of facebook livestream where you should react on the gaming team that you like, and they are live for almost 5hours+, how is it possible that the reacts are increasing based on the reacts the stream gets?

Any clue?

I want to try it, live stream where list of the teams are on the screen and people reacts on their favorite team
