Facebook PVA problem

Hi there,
I hope you're all doing well.
I need your help concerning phone verified FB account. I'm not from the US but I want US accounts, I have a lot of SIM cards and I can get more for like $0.4 each.
Will I be able to get the account verified ? I can use a VPN to create the accounts, but will I be able to give a number that is not US +1 ?
Please, I need to know if I should go ahead and create the account or purchase phone verified ones.

I think you might be able to do it, but it looks really fishy and once they realize you've been spamming with those accounts, they'll look even closer. I would just buy some verified Google Voice accounts and then verify the FB accounts myself with them.

I use UK simcards to verify US and German accounts without any problems.
