Facebook "Promote your Page" Ads. HELP

Hi!
I want to make an advertising with my own audience to have more likes, but i don't have the option of CPM in Promote you page ads. Some months ago i had it but now i can't do it. Im the only one that have this problem or Facebook changed this option?

Are you tried to using "Custom Audience" or "Scraped Audience" that has been collected using softwares?

Try looking in the advanced settings. It should be there.
