If they are real you can send traffic to site ( if you have). Or you can sell it. some time people want to buy Fb Page/Profile with Big Fan/ Friends, you can sell it to them.

4,000 friends in your FB profile? Do they know about you? And they live at your city? If the answers are yes, you can meet them one by one and offer anything to them. e.g: MLM, insurance, etc.
