facebook profile spam is it an adware

Hi , Guys today I woke and found that my profile has posted 5 new wall posts on all my friends profile including mine with a link to facebookhealth4.com

Along came the comments of friends with " what the f**k is this ??" as my profile was spamming their wall posts with some random weight loss website .

Anybody heard or encountered such spam , I really have no idea is it my computer infected with some kinda adware or something as I am pretty confident that nobody else is using my account.

If it happened while you were not online, it's unlikely that it's malware. Chances are your facebook account was accessed. I suggest changing your password to something random, and alphanumeric. Something along the lines of "h7j3g50b", just make something up, and write it down on paper, rather than in note pad or anywhere it can be accessed in case your computer has been compromised.
