They question is How to change normal existing photo with likes to profile photo but with not loosing the likes?
I mean I want my photo from 2 years with some likes to be my profile photo, but when I do this the photo is "adding again" and I am loosing the likes.

As far as I know you can't 'transfer' the likes from a photo to another photo. Just upload a new photo and get new likes for it

Use some sort of exchanger. Admefast, youlikehits.etc...
