I'm looking for a crawler/spider that goes through profiles and looks for ones with a certain amount of friends.

Does someone know anything about this or if its possible?

This sounds quite doable.
I'm assuming you wish for it to work along the lines of ...

1. Login
2. Load ID's
3. Set the number of friends
4. Perhaps save the account id?

I can write you something like that in Perl. I wrote a shit load of scrapers for Facebook already. Proly be around $50, depending on your exact requirements. PM me if interested.
