Facebook problem...

Hi everyone,

At first, i'm a professional mediabuyer so i know what i'm doing.
For some reason i'm getting 0 sales out of my Facebook traffic... i almost spended over €700,-
got loads of traffic but zero sales... On other traffic networks like Google,Exo,Trafficstars i trippeld my ROI... Facebook only looks like a waste of time and money...

Does someone has any tips or haves the same problem like this?
Landing page and payment page are working great! Multiple times tested

Hi,

That can depend on many things...but usually, if you have a product to sell, Facebook is not the good place as people do not come there to buy but to spend time...
So Facebook can be interesting to make your brand famous (with likes), but I never got good result trying to sell on Facebook.

Yes i know, but its a sms billing service and lot of our competitors are also using Facebook and saying it the best thing atm...

At least 1 sale should have been made true Facebook after almost 700€ ...

I think too it's because people on Facebook are not in a "buying" mood. But are you targeting on only Dutch people? > is the service only available in The Netherlands?

We target several countrys: Spain, Germany
Other competitors of ours also are targetting the same country's with almost the same mobile services ad they have lots of sales every day.

And do you use a tracker in your work to see what happens after a user comes through links and what kind of users click on that links?

Yes we do, not only GA but also Imobtrax for example.
We also use the same group targetting as our competitors

And are you sure that Imobtrax sends traffic correctly to your target link? As far as I know it's a self-hosted solution that requires lots of difficult (for my opinion) settings that could have an influence on all campaign's flow in this case.

Hi, yes Imobitrax works correctly, 5 IT professionals here at the office are day and night working on the servers and know a lot about this.
We also got a lot affiliates and they receive theire links true imobitrax. Their we also see they are running campaigns true facebook and see what their traffic target is.

For our own mediabuying we looks to that statics and we also create campaigns like that for our own mediabuying. Same settings.
The traffic the affiliates are supplying are legit.

That's for sure great but the result is truly strange. Do your redirects work extremely fast?

Yes we have tested that multiple times and it just takes a few milliseconde to transfer the visitor.

Maybe that campaign just is not converting well for the traffic your getting.

We are using the same group targetting as our affilates... And theire are generating good ammount of sales every day.
