no I dont think the one in the UK will post to South Korea

I heard about some travel card which you might be interested.
I think it should work even if you are in South Korea.

99% of VCC's don't work. A lot of them have already been used and then banned on FB.

You'll need to go the legit route for long term or else you'll be back at square one with a flagged payment method
