Facebook PPC

Hi, Im trying to promote CPA offer on facebook, my budget is 25$, yes I know its not much for PPC but I don't have more to invest. As I saw there are 2 methods on facebook to promote via PPC, its CPC and CPM, and also as I saw I do not have money for PPC because 1 click on my ad cost 0.50$ its too much for me, so I thought better will be promote my ad via CPM (cost per 1000 impressions) and it is about 0.09$. Now I do not know which of this methods will be better, can someone help me decide?

My opinion is you should select CMP. I don't think its easy to profit directly advertising email/zip offers with low payouts.

Load a coupon on that so you can raise your budget to $75

I would run CPM just to see what your CTR is and then make a dec. on whether or not its more profitable to run CPC or CPM.

make fanpage and try to be a dropshipper. then you can promote your fanpage by use CPM!
