Facebook PPC. Options for funding (BH)

So I'm gonna try out some FB PPC . It slightly blackhat so I dont want to use my own account/paypal etc.

So what are my options in terns of funding? I see there are vouchers or you can use VCC right?

The questions I have are. Can you just keep topping up with different VCC to the same account? So if I stick in $50 from one VCC and then the use all that, can I just add cash from another VCC?

In regards to vouchers which I have seen on here. I see you can only use one per account. So what if after using all the credit from one voucher I then open another acc with a new voucher. Can and will FB link me as I am linking to the same domain in my ads? And if so, do they care?

So basically I want to know what is the best black hat way to fund a FB ads account in a way that is refillable?

if i use the voucher with an account and a landing page, then is it possible to make a new facebook account and fund it with a voucher and then link the same landing page ?? do they detect the domain or else will they detect the landing page itself and ban it ??

Facebook has disabled a large portion of the bin #'s on those Visa Gift Cards. If you do some search, you can still find some bin # are those cards that are fresh and still acceptable by Facebook.

I would say your bigger problem would be finding really clean proxies.
