Facebook posts don't hide anymore

Hi, for like 2-3 weeks, all words that i banned from the page. Aren't hided anymore, when someone comments on my ads , the word i censored doesn't get hidden automatically like it used to be. I have multiple pages and on all of them is same problem. I asked meta support, but as usual useless. Anyone has this problem, is there an app for automatically hide each comment then unhinde manually ? I am running 3-5k$/day in ads and things are crazy cuz i get like 5-10 comments per minute with temu, aliexpress, dropshipping, fake, scam.. etc.. Crazy...

P.S: I finded a tool that can hide comments (commentguard). It works till now.

You can use the botcake app to block comments on your page
 
Let's try changing the admin of page and set up banned words again bro
 
Right on your page, there is a feature to hide unwanted comment content. Go to site settings and setup
 
Maybe it's the page, could you try changing to a new page?
 
After hiding unwanted comment contents from thr settings of your page, make sure that you turn on the PROFANITY of the page!
 
I think your page has a problem, please try changing to a new page
 
You can try to use some bot like: Botcake to control your post comment
If still not you should contact support facebook to help you
 
You should try reinstalling this may cause the page to crash bro

Maybe your page has an error
 
If it's a group you have admin privilege over, you should still be able to hide it for everyone and not just yourself with a bit of tweaking on the group settings.
 
Considering using a third-party tool to manage comments on your post. However, if that doesn't work, contacting Fb support directly is your best option.

You review your website settings, there's definitely an error somewhere
 
At first you should catch your problem of your page,where is your problem in page.then you have to chat with facebook support center.So that they find your problem and suggest you how to solved.

Facebook broke recently and some pages and groups may get affected. The post filters or commment filters may be completely broken for some pages and groups.

I have some groups but the post filter for one group has been broken for more than one month.

How could I contact Facebook support to fix it? Argh!
 
The best solution is to rent some comment hiding software. Or you will try changing to a new page and try running ads
