Can I track their conversions with tracker or google analytic ? Just curious. And is it possible to ignore their code? Thx

You can ignore the code if you want.
But I recommend that you don't ignore it. Its better to use the code and optimize for conversions (for that you need to have your pixel installed). Because that way FB ads has something to optimize for - it will inform FB of what ads, what pool of traffic, what times to spend most of your budget etc.
Where as FB won't be able to do any of that if you don't use pixel and you won't be able to build custom audiences or look a like audiences; something you might want to do if you want to scale up.
But yes, you can ignore the code and just send traffic and track everything with google analytics and shut down what ever isn't working for you manually.

FB Pixel is the most important thing when you are advertising on Facebook. Without Pixel you will run ads by providing no data to facebook. Facebook optimize conversions and find more people who convert on your website.
Example :
You ran an ad and you installed a pixel. You got 50 purchases off your site and FB has tracked all of them. Now your pixel have the data and FB will continue optimizing your ad to find more people who are lookalike to the purchasers. Plus you will also be able to create Lookalike Audiences(LAA) which will be in million's based on the pixel data..
Another thing for which FB Pixel is important while advertising is you want to know your Cost Per Conversion. Without Pixel added you won't have any idea how much actual ROI you are generating or either your ads are performing or not.

What are you promoting on facebook? Are you promoting real products or blackhat? If you promote blackhat then you need to place it on the affiliate network.
