Hi guys, I've the Facebook pixel running with the conversion objective (sell) and the report says that I've 2 sales.
My question is: the facebook pixel report counts only the conversions from the FB Ads or all the sales in the website?

Thx

If you use shopify and connected your store with the pixel, than it will cound everything. Sometimes it takes the pixel 1-2 days to show it.
But if you advertise on google, and someone buy something, but the pixel is connected to your shop, than you pixel will get the information.

Only people who came through the ad will count.

Your ads specifically shows you people who came through each of them. But you can see how many sales you have in the pixel side of Facebook

For shopify, logically all sale have save in your account ads. I use shopify and have all sell historic listed in my account. No mater where it come from your sell use Facebook ads for retargeting. It's really efficace.

So, Facebook Pixel counts only sales from the Facebook Pixel Ads or all the sales in the website? xD

ALL the sales in the website.
I think you are wrong, I did 1 more sale just 30 minutes ago and the facebook pixel didn't count that, so I assume that only conversions from Facebook ads are counted not all

it counts only the conversions, maybe google analytics

The events manager will always show you the full volume (how often your pixel/events was fired).
The conversions you see are only coming from the according Conversion Campaign.

Of course, I am talking about the sale itself, I explain myself. The sale you made was perfectly counted for the purchase action as for example to turn them into LLA.
