Hi,
I have been trying to troubleshoot some issues with my FB pixel for a long time now. I even created a new one, but still get the same issues.
Facebook is over reporting purchases.
It's very clear that the conversion / purchase event is being triggered 3 times. I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong. I'm using pixel helper chrome extension, so I'm sure the correct pixel are used and only installed once!
Everything seems fine until I, or any customer complete a purchase. FB pixel reports the same purchase 3 times.
Anyone with similar experience? or know how to troubleshoot. There's no help to get from Facebook.
