Facebook Pixel Error: (pixel has not activated for this event.....)

I was surfing around this website and I noticed this error on their Facebook Pixel. I turned my adblocker off to check, and there was still this error.
Does this mean that the website didn't set up their Pixel correctly? Are the events being recorded? I'm new to FB Pixel, I'm sorry if this is an extremely stupid question^
