Is there a script that will lock your facebook profile pictures and force your visitors to like a page to view them?

within facebook, its not possible. Only facebook have control over the pictures inside facebook. You can fetch the profile pictures and put it on another site(page) with a locker.

Nah, you would need tons of code that Facebook doesn't allow anywhere on it's site.
