Yes it's possible to write in PHP & cURL. Go learn PHP and get something like the Live HTTP Headers extension or Tamper data for firefox and recreate the requests. 
I don't know of a premade script available for purchase online, but it's literally like a 10 minute project, I'm sure you could find someone to make it for you.

I use it to manage 32 of my facebook pages. The upside is that your posts are duplicated to all your pages and its posts as an admin of that page. You can also post to groups. The downside is, its not automated....
Yes you can, Its Called Facebook GRAPH, and it works with CURL.. let me know if you need any help.. I have built several of these.. NOTE: Make sure you spin the messages between positing to groups or pages. Facebook will check and will remove the APP for spam. Even if its your page and your Groups.
