Facebook Photo Ver going Straight to Upload ID

Anyone else having this problem? I have some accounts which facebook says require photo verification. I click start photo verification and the screen goes blank and redirects me to an UPLOAD ID page. Just wondering if I'm the only one or it's a glitch or something.

Well it just started happening yesterday so it's definitely new.
