Hello my account got blocked i cant access my fan page they are asking for phone verification can someone help me please?

This roadblock is that Facebook ask you input a phone number, and receive the verification code by this phone number and then input the code for your account, after verified, this roadblock is bypassed. Then you can access to your account.
 
I need help with this as well. If anyone knows how to verify an account that requests a phone number then verification key please explain. I have tried free texting applications and gmail talk. none work.
 
I also need help with this i have 4 facebook accounts i recently made and having trouble phone verifying them....really need some help plz pm me
