Facebook phone verification?

I have an account locked under this can anyone help?

Can you be more specific buddy.
Facebook phone verification means you should provide your mobile phone number for which they will send a code to your phone which you should enter after providing the number in a box for verification which makes your fb account unlock.
Is this what you need answer or anything else?

idk why but maybe because i was using Tor and the Ip address changes?

It's very normal that Facebook give this kind of roadblock to your accounts. Proxy,cookies,add friends/send messages/post updates...etc all of these fators may cause you this trouble. Even you just created your fb accounts, and login it in the next day, it mey be meet this roadblock. The only week is to use a phone number to verify it and own this number for a long time, so that you can bypass the mobile phone re-verification roadblock later.
