Facebook Phone number extractor?

Just curious if there is any up to date script or software that can extract the phone numbers from your friends on Facebook. I know that when I link my Facebook to my phone, I can sync my contacts and then see all the numbers in there. But looking for a easy way to extract them on my computer...
