I see that BM account is more stable than personal account now, do you think so?

It's hard to tell. It can't last long if you use it in a wrong way, no matter what kind of account it is.
Speaking of BM ad accounts, yeah, those accs are quite stable now. My clients are pretty happy and having a good time with it. We don't use personal acc that much anymore

when BM became scarce we were forced to switch to personal accounts. although they don't have as big spending limits as BM but they are still not a bad solution.
