Facebook Personal Account Live Video Lost Views

my client is facing an issue. when ever he goes live on facebook live on his personal profile, he gets very less, this is a trend which he saw in last 1 month. most of his friends and followers complaint they are not getting live view notifications. what could be possible reason for this?

Logged out from what exactly? if one has to go live, he/she will have to be logged in, and more so how does a logged in account has to do with notifications not going to subscribers. Kindly help me understand.
