I recived that email 2 days ago, still no respons from them. When I can expect respons? I really need my account back.
btw I got banned without any warning before, not even single mail.

I understund that. But I wounder how much does it usualy takes? 4th day passing and still no respons from them!

It's time to move on. I got mine main accounts suspended too. And the reply was something like "Buzz off! Decision is Final !!"

If you were getting a reply, you would have got it the next day, so forget it as a bad dream, and work for ahead.
 
They might never answer. Had this happened before and got that message but no reply after. Don't stay waiting ;)
 
They generally response with in 1 week if you are lucky. But i recommend you to get new account becuase it happens with me and they will ban you again. FB sucks now a days.
 
They usually reinstate within 72 hours if you don't get response it means your request is denied
I hope you had attached ID proof with your request and a valid reason to reinstate your account
 
i always get reply from them but usually your facebook Ads will banned , so just creat another and move on :)
 
they took 13 days for me to respond, i have read somewhere that we shouldn't message them again and again and just patiently wait for them to respond. As messaging them puts our request to the last of the queue. Good luck op
 
I ran dodgy ads before, I said I got hacked and they brought my account back.
 
same issue with me. They disabled my account right after the ad campaign.
