Facebook payments failed

Facebook is experiencing technical issues that are causing payment errors. Try again in a few hours or contact Facebook support. Or try switching to different accounts.

You need to try changing to a new card bin, or a new card provider.
 
If ads payment fails, try using another card , check IP/proxy , or use BM with stable spending history . If still error, check Account Quality to see if there are any restrictions.

Your action is considered "Spam" you can share the account to another facebook account and try again, or wait 1-2 days to try again, this error has only appeared recently

You have changed 3 different accounts but still have that problem? You need to consider: do you reuse that card to add to another new account, or use a completely new card and still have that problem? If you have changed both the account and the payment card but still have the same error, you should ask Facebook support.

Maybe you don't have automatic payments turned on, or there's a problem with your payment card.

Have you tried changing to another admin for payment, or adding a new payment method?

Please change the fb profile you are using, or log in to it on a new ip. If all else fails, you can contact meta support.

You can check again on the card to see if the auto-pay feature is active.
 
I just shared on another post, some ways you can try:
- Launch boost post ads from your page
- Add 1 new profile to the account and use that profile to pay
- Add Paypal or e-wallet payment method

I also have a few running accounts with that error, please contact your domestic bank to ask and you pay again, if not, try to pay with another social account, I just need to wait 15-20 minutes then pay again, it's ok
 
Some of my friends have also encountered the same issue. It’s quite possible that the bank issuing your card is undergoing maintenance or facing some other technical problems, you should contact them to see if there's an error, or try adding another card
 
Have you tried checking your bank account for any problems, if not you can set up a new campaign
 
I got similar problems with one of my ad account - I had only one payment method for years, it was PayPal, but suddenly an error appeared out of nowhere - we couldn't confirm your payment method. I had to contact support to confirm it, but they didn't answer. Also, added 5 different cards, only 2 worked, others have the same issue like PayPal - can't confirm payment method. No idea why this has happened.
 
I am using a physical card attached to a bank account and not having issues for sometime
