It still allow me to create campaigns with no result ( no impression , reach or whatsoever). Did anyone of you ever experience same problem and if so , how can I solve it.

I have the same problem too, wondering if here has someone to help

Is this a virtual credit card, or an actual physical credit card? I am about to purchase a facebook account to run ads and am afraid of exactly what OP is experiencing here...I don't want to buy an account, use a VCC service, and then FB immediately just blocks the account without me running any ads at all...I would have wasted money on an account, on the VCC service, and my time in setting all of this up.

If anyone knows of a VCC service where they have used multiple times on multiple different facebook ad accounts without being blocked, I would love to hear from them before I start!

The details you tell might be indicative of a technical issue or a bug ,Contact Facebook Support , Check for Updates , Clear Browser Cache and Cookies , Verify Card Information, Try Another Payment Method , Security Settings.

If you have insufficient funds but ad account is not restricted yet, try this trick:
1. Check your ad account's billing threshold.
2. Create a campaign with budget 2x your ad account's billing threshold. You will have to TURN OFF both your campaign, ad set and ad BEFORE publishing. This is very important.
3. Wait until your ad turn from "Processing" to "OFF", which means FB has finished reviewing your campaign.
4. Turn on your campaign, then ad set, then ad. You must follow this direction.
5. Wait about 2 min then refresh, the "insufficient funds" error should be gone.

I knew this trick from my friend and it works like a charm. Try it.

Can you try adding another card to see if it works?

If there are no impressions, then your account is being reviewed. Best recourse is to add new card.

Ah, It's possible that your advertising account has been held money.
The fix is:
- You need to add a new card and create a clean campaign with a budget of $1
- You need to have at least $5 in your card for Facebook to see that your card is still working normally
Good luck!

Probably it wants to hold a bigger amount of money from the card and you don't have enough. Deposit x2-3 more than you think you need and try again. You can also way for a few days and test it again.

Thank you so much. I have tried your method and it works!

Please add a new card, then create a new interactive campaign with random images, geographical location is indo or philippines and post, when you see the notice of money being deducted from the card, you have succeeded.

It is possible that the advertising account has been held. You can create a clean camp with a low budget and maintain the amount of money in the card from 3 to 10 $.
