Hey guys heard that if your previous Facebook ad account got banned then the card(s) that you had there get flagged and if you use them on new ad accounts the cards and the ad account will get banned again (happened to me before). My question is do the address of the card get flagged along with the number of the card or only the number gets flagged? Many people have this question. I ask because the only options that I know to fix that is either get VCC (which most have very high fees like 10% of your spend and stuff) or buy P.O address which I don’t know how.
Does anybody know what someone can do in this case (if they flag address as well) and some solutions that don’t have very high fees? Thanks.

why don't go to your local banks, open an account so they will give you the cards. in my country that is free.

It is free as well in my country. I can get a new debit card with a different number but my question is what about the address? Does Facebook track the address of the card? Heard from a few that it does. Because when you add a card they ask you to provide the address of the card. If that's true then if I don't have another address in my name what I'm supposed to say to the bank?

no they first ask for your local time zone and location, and then they ask for your card details. the number of the card, name on the card, expiration date and CCV code.

I see but even then if the Business Manager is from the US (profile from Mexico) and I live in Greece (use proxy and anti-detect browser) and as a result my debit card is from Greece will that raise any flags or that will not be a problem.

go to the live chat and explain them why are using a card from another country. tell them the card is from your family member etc....

I see but I think their bots do all the work and not the. Maybe I have proof in case something happens regarding this issue though. Facebook chat support is a headache to reach though. In my new ad account, there is no option to reach their chat support.
