Facebook Password "Incorrect" but can't reset my password either

Today, I'm getting a bot checkpoint and a message that my password is incorrect and it's prompting me to reset it. (password is definitely correct)
When I go on to reset password, it says that I'm doing this action too fast and I'm temporarily banned from doing it. (see attached picture) There's not really any other way to get access to my account so what are my options?

To be clear, I'm using same IP every time I log in and using cookies to log in.
