Hi,
I bought an account one week ago. I have trust that the account is high quality, 2 yrs old and I warmed it up for a few days myself. I signed in to the account on SU Social a few days ago. Today, I'm getting a bot checkpoint and a message that my password is incorrect and it's prompting me to reset it. (password is definitely correct)
When I go on to reset password, it says that I'm doing this action too fast and I'm temporarily banned from doing it. (see attached picture) There's not really any other way to get access to my account so what are my options?

To be clear, I'm using same IP every time I log in and using cookies to log in.

Thanks.

Check with the person who sold you the Facebook accounts. They might not have marked it as sold and could have sold it again to someone else, who then changed the password, causing this issue.

Maybe someone else is trying to log into your account. The system has notified you and it keeps happening so you are being warned.

Your account may have someone trying to log in so the notification system will notify you so please check your account security again.

Thanks I will check with the seller that password is correct. Btw the notification blocks me from logging in so I can't actually check the account security through Facebook.

Your account may have been flagged due to automated behavior. Wait 24-48 hours and try again with a clean browser. If you're still locked out, change devices or proxies, and avoid logging in too quickly. If you can't recover, your account may have been permanently flagged.

Wait 24-48 hours for the ban to lift, try logging in through the Facebook app using mobile data, reset the password later using a trusted browser, check recovery options like email or phone, and avoid using automation for now as SU Social may have triggered Facebook’s security.

Wait for the ban to lift, try logging in via the Facebook app on mobile data, reset the password later using a trusted browser, check recovery options, and avoid automation for now.

If you're getting a bot checkpoint and can't reset your password due to a temporary ban, your best options are to wait 24-48 hours before trying again, attempt to log in from a trusted device and browser, use a mobile app with mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, and avoid triggering further security checks by limiting login attempts. If the issue persists, check if the account has recovery options like an email or phone number linked, or try accessing it from the original device it was created on.

Your best options if you're receiving a bot checkpoint and are unable to reset your password because of a temporary ban are to try again after 24 to 48 hours, try logging in from a trusted device and browser, use a mobile app with mobile data rather than Wi-Fi, and limit the number of login attempts to prevent triggering additional security checks.

whether the problem continues, see whether there are recovery methods associated with the account, such as a phone number or email address, or attempt to access it from the device on which it was initially established.

I have encountered similar cases, and sometimes it can be due to proxy errors. For now, contact the seller of your account to see if they have a solution, and contact Facebook support as well.

If you're sure that your password is correct, please double check with the seller.

Contact the person who sold you the account to find a solution, the password may have been changed.

You can click forgot password and there will be a request for a confirmation code then you can change the password if it does not work please wait 48H for approval to reset
