there is no limit to it but i will suggest to make 100 pages maximum under 1 fb account and minimum 10 pages for 1 fb account
just secure your fb account with 2fa so your all pages are secure and saf.

100 per 1 account is more than enough.
What I always suggest people do is to always have 5 clean, normal, not spammy accounts and add them as admins.
Always add up more than 2 admins cause, FB is unpredictable most of the time.

Currently, new fanpages can be banned immediately. But if you verify the identity and appeal, It will definitely come back and it will be so much better.

Unlimit, you can make a business manager to be easier to manage a lot of pages.

Maybe it's best to use multi-login or alternative and to manage multiple pages
in multiple accounts.
Of course not necessary on small scale but if you plan to scale, in case of issues
with some FB ACC, at least not all of your FB pages will be lost.
Also, it's wise to have multiple FB Ads managers as well, (nothing illegal here one on wife, one on
brother son, etc in case of an issue with one FB account you can run ads on another).
OF course with some safety measures, do not try again ad which was problematic, ads from same
domain etc...
In an online business, it's always important to have at least one backup for each important service you
use so in case of issues your business won't suffer. (PayPal, Stripe, etc... all important stuff)
