Facebook pages question

I'm trying to make some facebook pages. All of my pages are showing up as /pages/xxxx I know all of the big pages are just /xxxxx (hopefully this makes sense, I can't put in the full url), which I'm assuming would be preferable? Does this happen because I signed up for a business account? Sorry if this is a dumb question I just wanted to know if I should use a different account type before I start spending the time to build up the pages.

you need to have 250 likes before you can choose your own facebook.com/whatever url

it might be 400, either way, you need more likes first.

Sometimes You Can Add Username For Just Completing 40 Likes and You Can Change Username for 1 Time.

Can people tag their friends in a photo that I post on my page? For example, if I posted a photo on my page and said tag this photo as a friend who would like it would that work?

Actually its 25 likes to be eligible to have a custom URL.

So once 25 people have liked your page you can then go to ''edit page'' then click on ''update info'' you will then be taken to the ''basic information'' section, there you will be able to choose the URL you wish to have!
