Facebook pages keep getting unpublished, please help

Try a page in a different niche. Facebook is doing massive sweeps at the moment. The way you're posting could looking as if it's spam. Don't forget bans are automated through the algorithm and not by a human. It's nothing to do with your IP or account specifically - Facebook do not ban profiles from creating pages and even if they did they would let you know.

I advise you try a different niche and change the way you post/share/schedule the content. Don't post more than once per hour and 10 times a day for now and see how that goes.

I believe your links are blacklisted, or you're repeating some of the blacklisted words way too much. Try to change the wording of your posts and use a different link for each post. I don't know what you're linking to, but if you're using premade landing pages from your provider, upload the landing page to a custom host instead.
