Best Option is to lock your account and remove profile picture in that way people wont be able to see whose profile is it .

I always add at least 5 admins to back up my page, also never click any link even if it seems from an FB link, that may be the hacker's link

Use a password manager and strong password and enable 2-FA via Auth-App or most secure is using a hardware key like Yubikey besides your computer security is important. Use a linux distro. Never open links in emails.
