In our case it was 1-3-7-14 days usually, but it was in 2017.

Okay mine has went back in 2018 as well after a week but this time it took 14 days and after it went back an hour later I had the penalty again! And I didn’t even post any links during that hour. It should recover against but I’m just not understanding why it went off and went back on. Has anyone heard of this happening m? I’m trying to find out as much as possible so I can prevent it from happening again

No, we figured out what FB's problem was and we adapted changes so that we won't get punished again. Since then we don't have such issues.
Clickbait titles mainly, certain words and expressions in the title like "shocking", "you wouldn't beleive what happened next", etc. Thumbnail images that were either before/after images, or had large skin area on it, for example close up photo of babies upper body part and head. Articles about health are also a no-go zone. There are plenty of things like these actually, but it really depends on your niche.

Has anyone seen or heard of getting a zero reach block lifted and then having it placed right back on without posting any links? I recently had a zero reach block and after 14 days it lifted and then around an hour later was placed back on without me posting any links. Has anyone seen this before? And help or experience with this would be very helpful

It’s not a new page. This is issue has happened before but it never goes right back on after it’s lifted. Especially if I don’t post any links during that time. Has anyone seen this?
Hi. I just discovered that my site was blocked due to clickbait. Pictures can break normal but external links are not displayed in the news feed just stay on my page. I did not receive any warning whether the block is permanent or temporary. I appealed, I do not know if it will be a positive outcome. Please help me what to do. What do you recommend me to solve the problem, is it possible to remove a block from my site for sharing external links
