I have also experienced record-low reach 15-20k when posting links on pages, any kind of link (even YT videos). While the reach goes up to 200k (1 mill fanpage) with text-only posts, so there's definitely a bug.

That's not as uncommon as you think, and throttled reach is definitely not the same as no one seeing your content in feeds.

So it's a whole different issue then?

I am having this issue only lately hence the connection to the one of not showing posts in the news feed.

Also, any idea as to why the posted links are reaching only mobile users and not desktop ones?

Got one of my pages back from 0 reach exactly 1 month after penalty started, but reach seems to be cut in half. I have another page with 0 reach that should come back online Sept. 8. (hopefully).

Sorry for the late response I didn't have time....

We contacted them with the report problem option placed in the support drop-down menu... We attached the screenshot of our page and described the reach problem... Hope it works for you too :) We were lucky....

You are lucky. I did the same thing several times... the only reply I got was that automatic one that they "can't reply to everyone and will look into the issue".
 
ok guys my page is back I guess. I just posted a random link from internet and they are showing it to people. any suggestions how many links should we post after reach is back.. I was posting before 20+ links a day.. Now I am scared to post that many links..
 
^20 links LOL. Don't go more than 8-10, post quality not quantity and mix images/videos between your links.

It's a confirmed bug. Check it here: developers.facebook.com/bugs/160085597874239/
Perhaps this is related to the upcoming (12th of September as far as i remember) Link ownership tool and for some reason is hitting our pages at random.
What you can do about it:
1. Wait and pray for the problem to be resolved quickly...
2. Use the report tool to send alarm to FB support for the problem.
 
maybe your link domain already mark as Spam, check your page with other account , Sometime posting not showing
 
What are your pages about? How many followers do you have and how much?
