I think I have the answer for this and you won't like it.

I have a chat with a facebook rep. Which is very helpful (Most of the time, this rep will just give you generic response but this one has given me valuable info)

We have update the information on Link Post creation in all Pages in the market in which it will be rolled out to Pages in the market. With our new system and Policy, URL Link Post might not be able to Reach or get more Engagement.
To provide a further safer platform for the user, we will be introducing Link Ownership tool to Pages.

Through this tool, you will be able to register your official website and further share it with your audience. We have limit the Organic reach for Link Post as there are users who may or may not response to Facebook Link Post because people might think it could be spread of misinformation and false news on our Platform.

Hence, Link Post can only received the Organic Reach data when your audience visit your Page personally to check on your Page information.
Please look out for the Link Ownership tool that will be roll out to Pages. Here is the link for further information on it facebook.com/business/help/247886969033572

This means that:

A. we need to wait until the update has been fully rolled out and the page updated.

B. Hope that our page can be verified to have this link ownership tool.

Anymore information about this will certainly help, anyone with contact that can help us get link ownership pls do share

Well I guess this settles it then

Well, this end the headache of why this is happenning.

It means we should own the website before posting on our fb oage. Which is no problem at all.

We just have to wait.

Owning a site is not a problem but we don't know on what basis they gonna approve the site . That's the problem

Exactly, also we should think about the time span. Look at mid roll ads. it started in febuary and it is still no available to most of the pages, only the selected few.

So if we wait here are the problems:

1. Time span of waiting time. Could live in oct, or could take a year for normal publishers like us.

2. Will the common publisher's pages be eligible for the link ownership (as I said even the support does not know which page are eligible for this)

Guys new update: From past 7 days I stopped posting all kind of links on my pages. Just sharing Images and Videos.... and today suddenly one of my old post that I boosted with $100 just to check if it can get any organic reach (got under 20 organic reach + 7000 paid reach) start getting organic reach and cross 6k organic reach. The 2nd post I boosted at the same time (with $50) got nothing.. the only difference between the two links are Facebook Instant Article and simple link. FB love FB Instant Articles but pays close to 0 compare to Adsense but still something is better than nothing...

I am going to try few more things, will keep you guys posted. And bro @N3TD3ViL please update us when you get any reply from FB.

This is not related to 0 reach issue! I have one verified page with FB instant article and audience network ads account.

If they gonna accept only business pages the. I think I have some solution for this . Dunno if it works or it is plain dumb but I'll give it a try depending on Fbs response

For now we cannot really do anything but wait, On the off topic anyone know about pre roll ads?

Sorry to be the one to burst your bubble but you are wrong.

My biggest page was deleted by Facebook on September 1, 2015. After months and months of not knowing what to do, I came upon a Facebook support email and in March of 2016, my page was reinstated.

So, no, it's not entirely pointless to reach out to Facebook support. Whether they can help or not largely depends on the circumstances. The worst they can do is say 'no' because even if they unpublish the pages, at this point they're essentially worthless.
If you read what I wrote I did not say it's entirely pointless to reach out to them but most of the time you will get a negative response. I have been doing Facebook for a very long time, I know them very well.

Thanks for providing this information donny0524, but I'm confused. From what I have read about the "Link Ownership Tool" is it was created to combat altering link metadata (i.e. headline, description, image).

This is the part of the FB reps response that is confusing:
Hence, Link Post can only received the Organic Reach data when your audience visit your Page personally to check on your Page information.

Does this mean that FB page fans have to visit the FB page to view links and they can't see links in their newfeed?

I too am confused, talk to another FB helper, but still stated the same thing, it is an FB update.

Yes, fans cannot see the post with link in the newsfeed so that is why they do not have organic reach.

Note: Pls do talk do fb help and post it here, someone here posted chat support and we need every bit of info we can gather.

All of this are just information I really do not know if this will happen and when will it happen, so more info means the more certain we are.

The link ownership tool will allow admins to safely share links on their page without getting links removed or pages unpublished like it happened a lot until now(At least that's what Facebook is promising).
I read about it some months ago, the tool was in beta and could be accessed through a specific link which I mistook for the branded content tool that I posted previously on this thread.
I still have not managed to find the tool link because I had saved it somewhere and can't remember where at the moment, but anyway it is going to be available to everyone around mid-September.

Thanks for this info Neoalb, for those that are interested here is a screenshot of the Link Ownership Tool.
Claiming ownership of page seems to indicate that Facebook will be auditing (by human?) every website. That is the price of admission if you don't want your links "ghosted" in the future.

Oh, man.... Because of the "ghosting" of my page, I created a second facebook account to start a new fanpage from scratch (and respecting the rules), but just because I don't have a profile picture, Facebook asked (demanded) that I send a ID picture and now my account is blocked until they analyze.

Man, I'm getting tired.

The reason I dont use a profile pic its because I dont use facebook for personal reasons.
