Facebook page unpublished. How to re-publish?

Facebook unpublished my page with almost 200k likes. Any idea how to republish? Tried appealing, but they just send some pre-written message. Can pay for republishing.

To publish your Page:

1) From the top of your Page, click 'Edit Page'
2) Select 'Edit Settings'
3) Click 'Page Visibility'
4) Check the box next to 'Publish Page'
5) Click 'Save Changes'

Brother here the trick

1) Create a new fan page, same name of the fan page unpublish.

2) Change you IP for IP USA

3) Go the contact facebook "Request to merge your duplicate pages"

This trick really works.
