Facebook Page "Tell Your Fans" Feature!

When promote a facebook fanpage, we have a tool call Tell Your Fans.That is we upload a contac file which include list of emails and our invitation will be sent to target list
Well do we get banned by using this tool when mass sending invitations and how many a day should be sent?

In case you have not figured it out..
facebook is all about connections..

you can send a lot of adds a day.. if the friends ads
are being accepted....
if your % acceptance is low... then they figure you are spamming..

same thing with the invite friends... thru email..
you put 5000 emails.... and 1% accept you... then you are fucked...

with the emails they are tough... its our fault mostly.
Some IDIOTs would upload an email list with randomly made emails...
that fucked it up for everybody....

Where's this tool mentioned in the OP?

I have several fan pages but don't see it on any of them.

I think facebook has something like this now on their page creation at least
