Facebook Page Scheduler Program?

So I was wondering if anyone can link me to a Facebook Page Scheduler Program?
I want to be able to schedule posts with pictures and text on my Facebook page.
I also would like it to be some kind of program/macro and lets me do the thing above in with 100+ different posts in perhaps...10 minutes? Or even better.
There is talk with some huge page admins about this sort of program existing....And honestly...I couldn't find it....So I thought...Perhaps some of you might be able to help a newbie out?

Update: But I've heard of HootSuite before...But this seems kind of outrageous?

*Eventually I did try it...But when I checked out the Free Trial > Bulk Scheduler...I only could upload csv files...Is there no other way to be able to upload several photos and caption them for my pages?

Im keen to find this software too as I have a few large fans pages that I would like to schedule posts for.
 
My parents tried to convince me to take Spanish back then....I decided to take Italian....
This thing is a headache even when I'm using a translator.

The best one without is ifttt IFTTT is a service that lets you create powerful connections with one simple statement: Like "if 'this' then 'that'"
 
Doesn't facebook have that already baked in?

Hootsuite isn't bad, they need to access your information inorder to make posts and read your stream.
