Facebook Page Roles - Admin and Editor

A friend of mine has a facebook page which him and his ex-wife managed.

His ex-wife was the admin and she essentially deleted herself from the page administration.

And now the page administration is left with him holding only the role of Editor.

What can be done so he gets to Admin?

How can I reach live support with Facebook?

From what I know they only answer to inquiries related to FB Ads because they have the monetary incentive to do so.

Also you usually get some third-world country assistant that barely speaks English and sends you copy-pasted answers.

now editor can do everything if admin left from page then editor will auto changed to admin
but as far i know before admin left she have to assign someone as admin from editor then she can left

Yes except the editor can’t add roles for new members.

Well here's a solution which will completely help you out.!

First of all run any ads with the account you're stucked as editor, ad of any account on any of your page, like $1-3 ads. Once ad successfully ends after a day or two, wait more for some days. Once you do and ad ends successfully, lmk and I'll DM you further instructions.

I've already been running ads for quite some time now on the ad account of the page.

Great! Now you should head down to this url - https://www.facebook.com/business/help?_rdr

Their, you'll find an option "contact support" tap on it, select the page you're having issue with, elaborate the exact issue to Facebook representative and provide them all the documents they asks for, that's it! Your issue will be solved within a week.
