Facebook page rename trick still available ?

Rename the name of the page after 200 likes.
There is a trick thats for sure but so far i haven't seen it worked on most except few.
 
I was going to ask what's the trick, but did a google search first.
For those too lazy, I'll paste it here

So here is a fresh new trick.. it is working? It is based on proxy changing. so do with your care and handle the risk.
here you go..
Use Proxy: 212.138.92.17 port 8080
Go in page?s update info and you can see translated name there .
then click there and in Japanese place keep the new name and ッ this one then you can change and after that save and
change the fb language into Japanese and keep the address:00000Amman, JordanJordan
then
Save it
afterwards change your Language to English so that you can see page name get Renamed.!!
It may be a bug or vulnerability in facebook.
P.S. : Try with your own risk. (but it works in perfect manner ) .

and what is the purpose for this? Couldn't you just rename it normally?
