Hi,

I tried to improve my post reach in fb but it doesn't using relevant hash tags & updating it frequently but not reaching why?

Inactive followers that's why, you need to get more followers hopefully new ones will be more active thant current fan base.
 
Facebook has put the Reach to insane low numbers on mostly all Pages , in summer i used to get 3 times the reach i get now
 
Post quality content on targeted fans and not fake fans
I have a 320k page
Link reach daily is average 50k
Video reach 400k
Average total daily reach 2.5M reach
Other pages i have are doing way better than this and some others 10-15% less than this
Unique quality content is the answer not spammy crap thats all over the internet
 
Hashtags on facebook do not work!! In twitter they do but not facebook..In experience that is..

You didn't say what kind of posts your doing? What kind of industry are you posting for? It really depends. I've noticed e-commerce retail sites really tanking on reach right now UNLESS IT'S PAID. The bands I post for are pretty stable although one did have a tank in reach but that was lack of FB lives and engaging content.

They are really pushing the pay-to-pay model right now. Before August a new page had 100 fans and 80 reach on average. Now we are up to 180 and reach is never about 30 unless we pay. The 500K page hasn't made that much of a difference thankfully.
 
Try to let people engage more, add "Like if you", "Tag a friend who", sort of things. It will let them engage and improve the reach.
 
It's very hard with facebook now.. I'm aiming for the viral content only. I post way less. no 1 post every 2 days. I used to post 7 times a day in 2012-2013 and the engagement was very very great ! now I feel nornal picture with text are just going to sink. Only videos do the job for my page. I got one lucky video 2 weeks ago reached 1.4m ppl and 646k views. went from 20.8k to 26.9k in a week.

Good luck to increase your reach but it's being really hard even if you try and try
 
Because Facebook is changing it's algorithm. The reach won't get better until you boost your page. They are testing the explore feed now, there will belong all pages that are not sponsored. However the reach on photos and videos is still good.
