We have done similar stuff in the past with free gift cards etc..
but some guy made a fake apple fb page promoting a free iphones giveaway and telling the ppl they just need to like and share to be entered.. i know its old method but this guy took advantage of the apple cannot sell iphones in brasil so he promoted some cpas for brasil/portugal related to iphone... he had like 3 pages and a bunch of events created, some events got over 2 million invites sent and his pages around 200k in just 1 week or less.
the funny thing is its all over the news saying it was fake
