Facebook page not gaining Likes

I have a very active fb page with 149k US,UK likes my total posts reach 100k people PER DAY. But Im not gaining much likes to my page maximum 3-4 likes a day why? Another page similar to mine is gaining 1k likes a day how?

Are you doing anything to try to get people to like more or just letting it sit there? Like asking for likes or maybe giving something away if you reach a certain number of likes in a short amount of time.

I post good content and my posts get 100-400 likes easily but thats not the problem its just my page likes aren't growing. Suggest a giveaway that might make my page get more likes?

Do you have a website connected to your page? If so what is your website post, to direct post ratio?
